My heart is going to pop

Sept 5th 2010 was the wildly exuberant finale of the Edinburgh International Festival. The Fireworks Concert was an intoxicating and exciting mix of wonderful live music performed by the Scottish Chamber Orchestra and a breathtaking choreographed fireworks display set against the stunning backdrop of Edinburgh's historic castle.
The fireworks goes out with literally many, very large bangs for 45-minutes
You will need a ticket to hear the SCO playing at the Ross Band Stand in Princes Street Garden, but the majority of spectators tune into local radio to hear the live broadcast and watch the pyrotechnians paint the sky in explosive colour. We however, decided to go up to Carlton Hill for the spectacular  view!

We had dinner in Saigon Saigon

Everywhere was packed, including Carlton Hill

We found a spot somewhere in between. On of them brought a radio with them, so we could actually hear the orchestra
